First time and Last time. They were actually out of several types of chicken and the front counter staff was clueless

I havent ate chicken from here since I got food poisoning years ago after a trip though the drive thru. I refuse to eat any KFC chicken from anywhere now. I do like their mac and cheese and when my husband or kids eat here, I may get a small mac and cheese and slaw. The cole slaw is usually great, rarely it can be dry but usually it is great.
Service is usually quick. As far as portions, my husband likes the tenders but they are almost always small. My kids like the popcorn chicken but its hit or miss on if the chicken is dried out. I like to check their chicken to make sure it is cooked and doesnt look weird (food poisoning paranoia).
So, plus 3 (because I cannot do 2 ½) stars for great sides, pricing and service.
Minus 2 stars for my bitterness about the food poisoning years ago, the size of the tenders, and the amount of times the popcorn chicken has been dried out.
