Kroger

So I tried click list today. This Kroger is not close to me but with two small children and limited time I figured it was worth a shot. The night before I went to the site and found the closest Kroger to me and searched for my items. They make it easy because my most frequently bought items show up from using my Kroger card. I pulled into one of the designated parking spots to the right of the building in the parking lot. You pull up and push the call button. They ask for your name and within 5 minutes they were swiping my card and then loading my items. I saw two other cars pull up as I left. I will definitely be using this service again I really, really hope it shows up at the Kroger closer to me. Anyone with small children or tech Savy seniors are even those with limited mobility this is a great choice.

well made the mistake of going to this same store this evening after the weather forecast said we COULD get a dusting of snow. OMG 4 checkout lanes open with the place packed. while most of the help was busy chatting how the bengals got wupped. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this one. done. I will drive miles out of my way to go to a better store. NOT KROGERS.

This is our regular Kroger. (We also get groceries at various other places, including the Krogers in North College Hill and in Madeira). Aside from a few management hiccups with training, we mostly enjoy doing our weekly shopping here. Early Saturday mornings are the best when the crowds are non-​existent and the shelves are well stocked. Not sure why they don’t do this overnight, but they ALWAYS seem to be stocking shelves during operating hours, blocking aisles with boxes and carts. We find that to be the case at every Kroger we’ve ever been to.
This one, though, has one thing the others don’t – «Miss Eileen». She is by far the best, friendliest and most helpful check-​out clerk there. We always try to get her and have even meandered a bit waiting for her line to decrease.
Otherwise, this Kroger is pretty much like any other. Not bad, but nothing special either.

Getting in and out of the parking lot can suck. Otherwise, just another Kroger.
