This practice is fantastic. Not only is it very convenient as it is centrally located but the staff is friendly, informative, cheerful, and efficient.
I called for an appointment and they were able to schedule me for an appointment within a week. What I appreciated was that they gave me a reminder call the day before my appointment, something that other places sometimes lapse on. The day of my appointment I called asking if I could move my appointment to earlier that day. The response? «Well yeah! We have an opening for you, see you then».
I arrived for my 2:10 appointment 15 minutes earlier as they always recommend. I signed in at the first door on the left, they ran my info and processed my co-​pay then sent me down the hall and around the corner. Unforuntately I was not seen until around 2:20 however there was a patient in front of me who required extra work and all in all I didn’t mind.
The staff was ridiculously nice to the point that I thought maybe we were all breathing laughing gas and it actually made it a more pleasant visit.
Dr. Javaid came in promptly, asked me questions, examined me, gave me a coupon even for my new prescription and I was on my way!
I was very pleased with my experience especially because my conversation was geared towards my desires as a patient which helped me get a better medication.
I greatly appreciate the work of all the doctors at the practice and recommend it to anyone looking for a new doctor in the area.

I can’t sing the praises of this office loud enough! I needed to see a doctor, they were covered by my insurance, and they were close to my office. I called for an appointment and got in the very next day with the nurse practitioner, Anna Fox. I had a great experience.
The entire staff has been friendly and helpful. I’ve never had to wait an extraordinary amount of time over my scheduled appointment. And when I switched insurance companies and had issues because of the medications I was on, I was very pleased they worked with me.
I feel like a real person here, not just another patient. I have so far had no issues with billing or scheduling. I mentioned not having to wait long. Like any doctor’s office, you have to wait. But when it’s your turn for your appointment, and the doctors and nurses are taking the time to listen to what you have to say and respond accordingly, you realize someone else is waiting too. And you appreciate the personalized service.
This practice offers many different specialties under one roof. They also do group sessions and guest speakers, mostly geared toward women’s health issues. I can’t say enough about them. I will continue going back, and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I had very different experiences AT the office and then dealing with billing AFTER the appointment.
I had an appointment with a nurse practitioner that was AMAZING. She spent time with me, asked questions about my background, diet, fitness, stress levels, etc. After this, I felt she had enough information to understand what was happening. They ordered some blood tests and the awesome folks at the office made sure I didn’t flip out/​pass out while they were drawing blood. After that, I recommended the office to plenty of people and was so excited that I finally found a good lady doctor.
I, like many people, do not have health insurance. Because of this I’ve had many frustrating experiences with billing departments that are used to patients with insurance. But my experience with this office and the billing service they use was terrible. I was dissappointed when I thought I’d paid the whole bill and a few months later I got a surprise bill. It was full of typos and I had to call three different offices to find out what the deal was. I wasn’t happy with the ultimate outcome either.
I’ll go to the office again because I had such a great experience while I was there (what a relief to be treated like a human!), but any more of this BS from the billing dept and I’ll be back on my search for a decent lady doctor who can deal with out-​of-​pocket payers.
