I hadn’t been to Little Caesar’s in over a decade but after hearing someone talk about it I decided to give it a shot. Hot N’ Ready, right? I should be in and out in no time. Wrong. I called ahead and ordered two of the Deep Deep Dish pizzas and Crazy Bread and they said it would be about 10 – 15 minutes. I hopped in the car right away and got there in about 10. I told the girl at the counter that I called ahead and what I ordered and she said it would be right out. I saw one or two other customers that looked pretty settled into there seats; that should have been a clue. While I waited, it seemed like every 10 minutes this girl would ask a customer, «what were you waiting for again?» I couldn’t believe it! They have NO system for tracking who is in the store and what they ordered and seemingly have no concept of how long they’ve been there. I must have repeated my order four times. The last 15 minutes of my wait, all of the guests waiting for their food were making jokes about how ridiculous it was. It took them over 60 minutes(not including the 10 minute call ahead) to get my food. I figured it must have just been a really bad night and thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. I had also noticed that car after car was going thru their drive thru and getting their food quickly, so I figured next time I’d just do that,. One week later… So, on my next trip, I didn’t call ahead, I just drove there and waited in the drive thru. It didn’t take but a few minutes to reach the order station. So far, so good. After paying a couple of minutes later I was asked to pull around to the front and they’d have it out in 10 minutes. Right. While waiting, someone came out and asked what I ordered three times. At one point they brought a huge stack of food to my car and asked if that was my order. Sadly, it was not(though I kind of wish I took it after what happened next). I had waited in my car 30 minutes by this point and decided I better head inside. I went in and when the young woman finished talking to her current customer I said I had been waiting for over half an hour in my car and that I had seen several other customers come and go. She told me, «they probably ordered Hot N Ready». I told her I also ordered from their Hot N Ready menu and she just gave me some attitude and said something like, «well I don’t work the drive thru». If there is one thing I hate, it’s when service people try to give you an excuse about why it’s not their fault. So I said, «right, but you do work here right? I just want my f*** pizza,» followed by a short chuckle. She got all pissed at that and said she wasn’t going to talk to me if I was going to swear. OK, I get it. I shouldn’t have cursed, but it wasn’t directed at her and it was all I could do to get her attention. This was the same girl who took 60 minutes the week before and gave me the same«it’s not my fault/problem» attitude then as well. So she goes to «the back» and tells another employee she needs a deep dish pizza for me(«that white dude») and muttered something about how I swore at her. His response to that was that she should just make me wait even longer. So glad I got to witness their customer service training program. Thankfully, I watched them dish my pizza from the oven pan into the box and never once did they spit on it. I got my food and went on my way… I will NEVER be back.

Come here often and get a deep dish. Staff is friendly and food is fresh. They just need to repair the potholes

The first reviewer is correct — the parking is awful. The lot is not well lit and it is difficult to tell where the drive-through window line begins and ends. I called our food ahead of time but it didn’t make a difference I still had to give our order again once I got there. The sauce for the wings is brushed on — not baked. This means it’s runny and greasy and luke-warm. The cheese Italian bread which was supposed to be the bread with the pizza sauce in it was also luke-warm and old. They gave us no napkins. The staff was nice enough but even for this cheap price the food was just horrible. I don’t remember Little Caesars being this bad. I gave 2 stars because of the price. Don’t imagine I’ll be back unless its an emergency.

I was totally disappointed with my visit. The store needs to do something different with the parking. When the drive thur line is long you cant get over to the parking lot specifically for Little Caesars. Other consumers and myself had to park in the Lee’s Chicken lot. Your car can get towed there. I mention my concerns to the manager and he wasnt helpful. Then he gives me my pizza saying its fresh but really it wasnt. I will NEVER visit this location again.
