Open a macys card for great coupons! I like this Macy’s as far as selection goes it’s a decent selection. It’s a more urban Macy’s due to the surrounding areas but they do a great job catering to their client base. I think they have great discounted item racks and always have the latest items. Their brands aren’t as large of a selection or as high end as Kenwood but again with the client base catering that Macy’s is known for. I think it’s a great store, with a very friendly staff, parking is always amble. Highly recommend shopping here on any weekend sale or one day sale.

While shopping today for homecoming dresses with my daughter was treated very rudely by an older sales associate in the junior’s section. My daughter needed a plus size dress and the sales associate was rude and down right hurtful in the way she treated my daughter. Thankfully we found a beautiful dress elsewhere and had the opportunity to discuss the experience with a lot of others shopping for dresses.

I’ve been in this location a few times. It’s the one store you can really notice from I-​275, so it’s at the far end from Kemper Road.
Employees are friendly. Even when there are sales, the store doesn’t seem so busy as the days when I shopped at Macy’s in New Jersey or Philadelphia. A lot has happened since then, and this store was probably a Shillito’s or possibly, a Lazarus back then.
There is a good thing about the chain – you get the same brands nationwide. It seems even more important that every store is a Macy’s now. Going to Burdines or Lazarus or Macy’s or Barmbergers or Robinson-​May gave the same result but there is unity now.
This store has an extra floor or two compared to the rest of the mall, further justifying its premium status.

This is an excellent Macy’s. Which is strange to write as it is in Tri County mail. The staff is extremely nice and well trained — everything is laid out and easy to locate.
This is a large store with 3 floors and a strong selection of misses clothing… something some of the other suburban Macy’s lack due to an overabundance of junior sizes.
If you wear petite, this is the store for you as they have a petite section that takes up nearly an entire floor.
Everything is easy to locate, organized and well laid out.
