Madden Chuck, DDS

I know, I know, most people would think I’m crazy because I like going to the dentist. I do. I really do like going to the dentist… HERE. I never leave without having cried my eyes out – from laughter. Sherry, my hygienist keeps me in stitches, but not the surgical kind. We always have fun chatting with her fingers and scrapers in my mouth. She’s a bit of a Chatty Cathy and I have a great time.
Yeah, occasionally, there’s a bit of a sting when she hits a nerve, but it’s nothing of any consequence. And I come out with a whole new smile. Then again, Dr. Madden must see a LOT of kids at this office. I had to tease him about calling me a «trooper» for getting through my cleaning. It was pretty funny.
Call Laurie the receptionist now to make your appointment. She’s super friendly and will get you all set up. You’ll never have a better time at the dentist than here.

This is the first review I have ever written, and I felt compelled to do so.
The staff, and Dr. Madden are exceptional. I have been to health care professionals in the past that could learn a lesson from this team. Upon my first visit I felt that they truly cared about my well being. They were honest and fixed a broken tooth, and did so the most frugal way.
Dr. Madden was upfront and told me that there were a few possibilities to fix my tooth. He said he would try the least costliest way first, if it was possible. Something I have never heard from a dentist in the past.
Unfortunately I encountered some trouble with the repair, no reflection on Dr. Madden. He offered for me to come in on an off day, which happened to be a Holiday (again, unheard of). The repair was made, and i couldn’t be more appreciative. They went above and beyond and I am very grateful. I could not imagine a better experience.
