I would never recommend Donna. Her wildly inappropriate and unprofessional behavior strongly outweighs her services.
Donna promised to pull together a beautiful wedding, assuring me that she was a professional event planner. Everything went smoothly until the week of my wedding. She called me and my mother every single day with new problems she encountered, even though she had over 2 months to pull everything together.
In fact, she didn’t even deliver the appropriate products the day before the wedding! My mother went to confront her about the errors and she was extremely rude and unprofessional.
She was also very inappropriate with me on several occasions, and instead of apologizing, told me that it was my fault that I didn’t have the correct flowers. Furthermore, she treated me as if she was «doing me a favor» by coordinating my wedding décor. I was a paying customer, not a charity case.
The flower arrangements looked acceptable, but they were not what I ordered, and any professional florist could have arranged something similar.
I rarely write negative reviews and am a very amiable person. But, she made my wedding so ridiculously stressful that I feel compelled to warn others.
I sincerely hope no one else makes the mistake of hiring Donna for any event.
