AWFUL! Don’t waste your time or money

The owner, Trina takes over a week to respond to you. We used the service twice, first time the entire master bath was not done – floor, toilet, shower plus many other things were not done within the house — for $ 180!!! Supposed to be a deep clean, really??? Also the cleaner vacuumed up one of the satin belts to one of my tops hanging in the closet. She did not even tell me, I had to find it up on the closet shelf and found our vacuum jammed up!
We requested someone else come back and clean the missed items and a different cleaner for the next cleaning.
The 2^nd cleaning was not as bad as the first but several key things were missed – steps not vacuumed, trash not emptied, did not pick up any throw rugs and clean under them and more I am not listing… When I told the owners they never offered either time to come to our house and look at the extreme lack of detail their crew does, things I specifically asked about at the walk through when Trina came to my house to quote the price. And both times she took aver 6 days to respond.
Very inadequate for a service, owners are non-​responsive to complaints. They «claim» to have a 24 hour guarantee. The problem is you have to leave them a check and then they clean, when you get home and notice things aren’t done they don’t take the time come physically even see for themselves – I expected this the second time! Instead they gave us no money back and no one came to to the many things that were missed!
