McDonald’s

Everything I come here they give me the wrong order. Then I have to pull off to the side and wait inconviently for 20 min before they get the line calmed down to give me my food but after all the trouble they will give me my food.

wow wow i took my dad to get something to eat after a long day at the hospital, on 2÷2÷2016 at exactly 3:15am, i waited about 10 min on the drive thru no one answered so i decided to go to the first window and honk still no answer and then i went to the second window and a lady come up all pissed off and tell me to go back to the ordering station, i told her that i waited for 10 min no one said anything she said that i should of been in the first lane not the second keep in mind that the second lane said nothing about it not working or out of order, she said to me that they like to only use the first lane so i said to her why did you put something there for people to see so they wont use it, she said (i dont care do you want to order or what) i said excuese me she said in a very loud voice are you going to order or what …
so i asked her for her name to complain about her, she said no and that she wont take my order and that i need to leave!!!
im really offended and will never come back to m/​d after this treatment

I will give one star because of the quality of the food… I always get my breakfast here, until one morning they served me a spoil sweet tea… seriously…how can they serve a spoil product… I’m a sweet tea lover so I know when it’s bad… and when I ask for manager nobody came out so I just leave coz I need to go to work… I don’t know if the employee didn’t tell them… it only happen last week

Nothing special. Sometimes wait is a little longer than expected. Orders are switched or messed up (for example, two cheese burgers instead of two mcchikens). Have little mishaps like not giving enough.

Awful drive thru service.
I visited this location for breakfast and (after sitting at the drive thru screen for 10 minutes) ordered a number 5 with no bacon and a hot chocolate with skim milk.
The screen displayed a number 5 and a hot chocolate with two splenda. I tried to clarify that there should be no bacon on the number 5 and that I hadn’t ordered splenda in my hot chocolate but the employee had already stopped listening and sent my order through without a word.
We then pulled up to the first window where we sat for a few minutes, but when nobody appeared we pulled forward to the second window. At the second window the employee asked why we hadn’t payed at the first window… He was then surprised when I asked him to repeat my order and told him that I had ordered no bacon. He promptly got me a new breakfast sandwich with no bacon, but was in such a rush to move us along that I didn’t bother trying to fix my hot chocolate.

This McDonald’s is placed so conveniently placed that I can’t keep myself from going there sometimes for things like their honey mustard snack wrap or their $ 1 soft serve cones.
I was tempted toward their iced coffee (it’s a dollar for a medium, and at Penn Station in NYC, they make it pretty well so I was like yesssss!) but of course, it tasted like simple sugar syrup (I bake a lot, which is how I know – not because I’m a sugar fiend hoping for diabetes) with super diluted coffee. Gross.
Their cones are actually a pretty good deal – that is, if their ice cream machine ever works. Once they even took our money and then gave us food vouchers at the next window… wtf.
tl;dr snack wrap is okay I guess, soft serve cone is a deal… if their machine is working.

This mcdonalds is just sad. I mean they always seem to forget my order or mess it up. There are some nice employees but it’s rare. However it is always packed. So count on waiting atleast 10 minutes for a Big Mac.

For a McDonalds this is one of the best. It is new and modern. Very seating and restrooms. Service was fast and friendly. So not bad for a fast food stop.
