I have been seeing Amy for years! She always gives me exactly what I want and makes it better! She’s even figured out how to get purple to stay in my blonde hair. The salon is affordable and in a good location. I recommend the salon and Amy to anyone in the Cincinnati area looking for a great cut or color.

I have been going to Amy for quite a while because she always takes the time to make sure my hair is exactly how I want it. She helped me grow my hair longer and made sure it was layered just right so it still has a good style/​body. I always get compliments on my highlights! Michaels is affordable and a very relaxed environment.

Erin is the best! She’s been our stylist for over five years! She is the only person allow to color my hair. I’ve never had a bad color or cut.

Hair Stylist Dawn over books and rushes through when coloring… She has often had customers waiting with color in there hair while she starts on another customer. so Make sure you don’t run into traffic because if you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment You are leaving with wet hair, she will refuse to blow you out. I was 12 minutes late and my appointment was at 10:30 .
I showed up and the parking lot was full I had to park down the street ], Which also me run a bit behind… so parking can be a bitch but that’s that big of deal, but it was raining so it sucked…
she said I have a 11:30 so I cant blow u out… Mind u my appointment was at 10:30 Are you serious. because she only allows 1 hour for your appointment and most salons allow two.
My good friend that lives in L. A owns a very successful Salon and told me the problem with Booth rental Salons is that The owners sometimes will suffer because of the Stylist have a «I I work for myself attitude» and can care less about the Salons reputation that any good Business owner will allow a 15 minutes Windows in between appointments this allows Customers to be assisted properly and gives the stylist time to prepare for their arrival — Clean work station, Styling tools ect, and gives the customer a little Window incase they run into traffic it Happens Were Human … It is always a mess and dirty because of this overlapping appointments.
I have only been late one time in the 2 years that I have been going there and do to this over booking over scheduling bull crap I was treated very poorly for being 12 minutes late
I allowed her to start on my hair and she continued to complain about how booked up she was, and I was extremely uncomfortable and could not believe that I was being treated this way in a place of business, so I asked her to stop and I left and will NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!
then she went on to complain that the last appointment I had I didn’t keep, well because I scheduled with her but she tried to pawn me off on Erin
, no offense to Erin she is a nice girl but the last time I let her do my hair because Dawn was booked all Week, surprise surprise She over processed my hair, so when they called me the day of my appointment and said Dawn couldn’t do it and would it be ok if I seen Erin, I said No… But she can do a touch up on my roots and I will just wait for Dawn to be available to finish my lowlights and Highlights… They wanted to charge me full price for both visits, so I just said forget it and said I would call to schedule once I got my next schedule from Work.
so I rescheduled with Dawn and I. waited two Weeks to get in with her after she cancelled on me… She treated me like total crap for being 12 minutes late because She is all stressed out about being overbooked, She so stressed out but will race to the phone even while doing your hair to book her self another appointment, so It is her own fault. My guess is that its .She will gossip to her customers about other stylist there like Them overbooking or having dirty Styling tools or Stations but She does too SMH
I like the owner but he really needs to set up a better system so that the Stylist are not overbooking and treating HIS CUSTOMERS like crap.

Love Momo for her beautiful artwork on nails and Marissa for hair cut and color. Always friendly, the shop designers are willing to listen and give me what I want. Easy to make an appointment. Have referred family and friends!

I have been going to Michael’s salon for over 5 years now and I have never had a bad experience with any of the stylists. I have been going to Erin for about two years now and I love the way she styles it! Great customer service, I will not let any other place style my hair besides this place! Also, momo, who does nails, is wonderful! She won first place in nail competitions and she is fun to talk to! Great place! If you have not gone, you must go!

I get my hair done by Amy and she is the greatest! She’s helped me grow out my hair over the last 6 months and recently put SO much time and effort into helping me go from brown to red and it looks stellar. Go see her, you won’t regret it.
As for the salon, it’s tidy and cozy and always neat. They offer nails and hair and the people are always friendly, especially the Michaels. I love coming here. It’s reasonably priced and friendly and they know what they’re doing. Go now!

Always a good experience! Momo gives attention to every detail when doing nails, toes etc. We’ve been to many nail salons and she is… by far… the very best! Mike has been our hair guy for a long long time… and that says it all! We recommend them to everyone we know!

Saw their Unilocal posts so I went with this salon. Just got a Mani from Momo and it’s perfect! She was so great to fit me in on Christmas eve and it was an even better price! A clean and friendly salon with great colors. Highly recommend them!

Angie has been doing design on my nails for over 5years. Love every design she came up with. Got great comments for friends even strangers. My granddaughter always said they are lovely. You should see what she does for the holidays. Love ya Angie
