The ladies in the front rude and unprofessional. I voiced my concerns to the doctor and he did not care. His nonchalant attitude proved it. Thr employee that did my eye exam was great.

I understand that Dr. Offices are an unfair waiting game but this was fringing on ridiculous. I asked to schedule a longer appointment for a chalizon removal and they made me schedule a pre exam anyway, having to pay a copay twice. I understand this but I had to wait 45 minutes for my preexam to occur and I showed up 20 minutes early. Poor front office management and would only recommend this place if you have extended time.
When I did get to see a pre exam they were brief and impolite, acting as though this was a medical machine that turned patient out quickly. I met the doctor, who seemed nice, for two minutes and he recommended me to another doctor… I would follow that advice for all future eye exams.
