Our small office (4 employees) was having some big problems with our internet connectivity. Contacted the IT firm we’ve been using for 6 years (it was purchased by a much larger firm last year) on Tuesday and as of Friday I yet to hear from their support folks. Enough was enough! I checked out the reviews on Unilocal for Midwest Protech and gave them a call. In a word — WOW! Matt and Rodney were absolutely wonderful. I will never call anyone else to help us with our IT problems.
