My company, GNGF, moved into a new office space recently that doesn’t have a management company and we had a large punch list of items that I didn’t want to try to do myself. I saw the Mr. Handyman van in the neighborhood so took a picture of the number on the van and gave them a call Scheduling the handyman was very easy and the person on the phone was very pleasant. The pricing was extremely transparent ahead of them arriving. The handyman, upon arriving, double checked that we understood the way they charge based on hours and materials. I appreciated the fact that they made a point to make me very aware of the way they charge before starting any work The handyman himself was very friendly and did a great job of working through our list of items at our office with little disruption to the team working. I appreciate the one year warranty on things that they do as well. Everything was done in about the time we felt it would take. There was one item that was put in the wrong place due to a miscommunication, and they quickly moved it and didn’t charge us for that. I would recommend them again, and may even use them at home for the ever growing list of things I need to do as a homeowner.

Was charged $ 138.00 for the«handyman» to NOT fix a drippy faucet. He could not get the screw out of the faucet handle and it took him 1 ½ hours to tell me that he couldn’t fix it and handed me the bill. I called a plumber who fixed it in 10 minutes and $ 50. I’m dumb but you don’t have to be.
