5 stars for service. And good service is what you want in an urgent care. You are already feeling crappy and the LAST thing you want to do is go through a hoopla. The wonderful woman working at the desk helped me navigate my new insurance and even called them a few times to make sure I was not going to get sneak attacked with a bill. I was the only one here, and as soon as I filled out my paperwork, I went back to the room. I saw Bob Hays. Who greeted me with a smile took one look in my ear and diagnosed my problem within 30 seconds. I asked him a few dumb questions, like«are you sure?!» he chucked and said yes. I also alerted him that I would be traveling and he assured me with his scripts that I would start feeling better as soon as tomorrow. Well folks — it’s tomorrow and what a miracle worker — I’M ALIVE!!! I seriously cannot believe it. I would highly recommend Mt. Auburn Urgent Care to anyone in a rush looking for a quick in and out pain free fix. I will 100% be returning. Thanks to a friend for the recommendation — now hopefully you will see my review, and pass the word along.

Everything was done quickly and easily. I was in and out in under an hour with a prescription for what I needed. The rap music playing on the sound system made the place seem a bit sketchy for a doctor’s office but that’s just a preference thing I guess. Edit: 2 days later. The doctor probably should have told me not to take my pills and drive. That could have been important. I.e. lifesaving.

I would never recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs medical attention. When I first arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the place was, and was glad to see I was the only patient. The receptionist told me that the doctor was out to lunch and would be back in less than 30 minutes. I decided to wait. After and hour and a half, I finally got very frustrated and asked about the doctor. They informed me that it would probably be another 30 minutes or so. I’m still sitting in the urgent care as I’m typing this review. I have work in an hour, and I probably won’t see a doctor before then. Luckily I do not have an extremely serious medical condition, because if I did, an ER would be my best bet. I hope the doctor had a very good lunch.
