I recently moved about 15 minutes from here and have played several times this Fall. I’ve had enjoyable experiences every time; the staff is very friendly. I prefer to walk nine holes alone to get the exercise and focus on my game(not much of a social golfer), and they always squeeze me in somewhere. Sometimes I get caught behind slower 4-somes and have to wait a bit, but it’s not a big problem. The course seems very well maintained. The teeing ground, fairways, and greens are generally in very good condition. The three different 9-hole courses(red, blue, and white, in order of length and difficulty) are helpful for keeping variety in your game. I find the course challenging enough to keep me coming back, but I’m not that good. Considering the reasonable greens-fees, I’d say this course is one of the best values around.

Great course for being on the westside. I have been playing here since a kid. The people are always nice no matter where you go from the club house to the patrons. The Tee boxes are in relatively good shape all year round and the greens are well kept. If you want to save some money or stretch your legs this is a great walking course. You can start off on three different course, the most used one is the white course so it can be a bit backed up at times. For a CRC course I think it is one of the best. My only complaint is that if you are on there range from 5 – 7 it is impossible to see where your balls go because you are essentially hitting straight into the sun.

There are some golf courses that no matter how many times I play them, I just don’t like them. Neumann is one such course. It’s supposed to be one of Cincinnati’s better public courses, and out of context, it has the possibility of being so. Every time I’ve played here the course has been ridiculously crowded. Sometime to the point at which you’re waiting 10 – 15 minutes to tee off on every hole. That is not how golf should be played. The club have three 9-hole courses to choose from. Ranging from the«red»(shorter, easier and rather enjoyable,) to «white»(longer, very irritating and rather tricky) to «blue»(which I believe to be the hardest, but also the most fun,) the courses vary in intensity and can provide a challenge to any level of player. That said, I can’t recommend this course. The starters simply never have a clue what they’re doing and the course is ALWAYS busy. I’ve gone in the early morning to mid-afternoon even on weekdays and it’s still busy. So if you don’t mind waiting awhile, go ahead and play Reeves, but if you’re down for some serious ready-golf, look elsewhere.
