Mike and his team are one of a kind. I have never had a car repair shop explain what was wrong with my car in the way Mike did. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone having transmission problems. My civic is running better than it has in a long time. I hope I never have another transmission problem but I know where to go if I ever do. If you are looking for a quality repair, honesty and great service these guys did all that and more for me.

Recently had to take my poor car to get transmission work done and I always dread taking my car into the shop. The entire process of having my car repaired at Northgate Transmission was a breeze. Mike, the owner took the time to explain everything that he found wrong with my car and how he was going to fix it. There were no unexpected charges at the end and he even took my car through the car wash! They even gave me a free loaner car while mine was in the shop! It was such a blessing to not have to rent a car or worry about finding rides to and from work! I would recommend anyone who is looking for great service to them!
