Not a fan. I wouldn’t bring a doggie bag of leftovers home for my dog. Food is bland and typical chain restaurant fare. Staff was friendly but unfortunately the lackluster food overshadowed any positive attributes of this place. The all you can eat salad and bread sticks is nice, but they are bland just like the rest of the menu.

It’s American cuisine with an Italian name so what do you expect? No the food is not made to order and nothing is made fresh here anymore, but I always get good service and the desserts are usually always pretty good. Portobello ravioli is usually a pretty good go to for something tasty as well as breadsticks obviously. Melissa always takes good care of me when I stop in this location.

Have been here numerous times. The food is average tasting Italian food. I usually get the Chicken Parmigiana or Chicken Marsala or Stuffed Chicken Marsala. Last time tried the Sausage within Pasta. It was spicy. My family have gotten everything from Salmon to Chicken and Shrimp Carbonera. I wish we had more options in Anderson. Carrabbas is decent but higher in cost. I always have to ask for extra sauce and cheese because they skimp on it. This last time we got a cheese Fodata appetizer. It was bad! it was just an overpriced blob of cheese. Portion quality and sizing varies greatly! The service is hit or miss. We have had great servers and other times horrible servers. If there is a wait you can get a half priced glass of wine in the bar.

Awful. Our service was so bad here that the table next to ours, who had left 5 minutes prior, was still talking to the manager when we were leaving and looking for the manager ourselves. Perhaps he was still embarrassed from the previous couple complaining, but he seemed like he didn’t care. He offered us a gift card but we’re never coming back, so we didn’t even take it. I’ve spoken to a manager maybe twice in my entire life, for what that’s worth. I forgive a lot of things when I dine at chain restaurants, but we were treated like dirt. The manager was so nonchalant about it all that I have to imagine this place is closing soon, and he knows it. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s gone in a month or two. Occasionally I’ll come across an article in a business or finance magazine about how awful Darden stock is doing, and I’m glad. Red Lobster is still dericious, though. Never had a bad meal there. But this Olive Garden should burn to the ground. EDIT: I Wikipedia’d Darden and they apparently sold off Red Lobster last year. And their stock is up about ~40% since this time last year. Still, though. burn in hell, Darden!

This was my first time going to Olive Garden in several years and I have to say my experience was pleasing. I chose to try the Chicken Pargiana with unlimited soup for my meal. Now I am not a huge fan of soup, but I must say the Chicken Anocci was amazing and my second soup which was Zouppa Tuscana was also delightful. My only complaint is that my entrée took a little while to come out and when it did I could tell it had been sitting in the back for a while because the cheese was a little cold. I got a box for my chicken and fries and ate it later for dinner and I think it tasted better to go than it did at the restaurant. I give 4 stars because my experience was pleasant but nothing made it stand out from the rest for me. Plan on getting lunch from here next week for another 10 $ and stuffing my face with as much soup as possible.

Love my Olive Garden! This is like any other Olive Garden you can visit. Food is not completely authentic, but good. The breadsticks and salad always brings me back! Service here has never been an issue and they are always friendly even when extremely busy.

It’s been quite a while since we’ve been to Olive Garden; this location is the only one I’ve been to. The food has always been awesome and you always get a lot. This experience was a little different and what I’m going to base any future visits on. The server was friendly. No issue with the service. We ordered the caprese brushetta for an appetizer. Meh. Nothing I would insist on having again. Nothing special. I ordered the buy a $ 12.99 meal, get one to take home deal. The raviolis are frozen for sure; not fresh but the meal was good. Hubby ordered the lasagna and I have to say, I was disappointed looking at it and it wasn’t my food! It was small; the sauce was as dark as brown gravy– don’t know what that was about. And he let me try it and it took everything I had not to spit it out. The prices advertised for the lasagna was not the same on the menu as it was on the website. Over all, the experience was just Meh. But the bill wasn’t. If I’m going to pay that much for a meal, I want a great experience. This experience was luke warm at best.

The food always tasty and the service is fast and friendly. It is nice to see that they have added a few«lighter fare» items. The Rosemary Chicken and the Herb Grilled Salmon are quite good as well as their usual salad and such.

Waitress confused my order with someone else’s. Then she tried to give it to me after they corrected it after cheese had been put all over the top of it. This place is a joke

The king of «Italian» mediocrity. We waited for service once for 17 minutes after getting the manager, and no cuts were made on our bill. Our waitress apologized to the wrong table also.

Great experience. Charlie was our waiter and he was the best waiter I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. He was on top of things and was great to my kids. Food was great and didn’t have to wait for anything.

phoned in a carry-out order for 9 people. We were told it would be 25 – 30 minutes. After 40 minutes the order was ready but incorrect. 20 more minutes and we are out the door. The food that had been sitting for 20 minutes was not warm any longer. Asked to speak with a manager. No help there Never, I repeat Never, going back here. What a waste. BTW, Do not tip until after you verify your order.

Painfully slow. Sloppy, indifferent, and inattentive service. Good thing we weren’t serious about those drink refills, because they never showed up. Horrible experience.

This is quite possibly the worst Olive Garden in the world. Everyone who works here seems to be on crack. And not in a ‘haha, you’re on crack’ joking way, like literally they must be smoking crack before and during their shifts. Our waitress seemed to be afraid and spoke so fast and quietly I could only manage to understand one word out of every sentence she said. Bread sticks were old and hard, they were out of two of the soups on the unlimited soup and salad menu, nobody that works here smiles… ever. Drink refills don’t exist. It’s just bad. Very bad.

As Justin on @shitmydadsays would say: «You don’t have to be good to succeed. You just gotta be the least shitty option. Example: We’re eating at The Olive Garden.»

Everyone else seems like to Olive Garden(evident by them giving me gift cards) so I want to like it, but it just doesn’t do it for me. It’s not the food so much as the service. Despite numerous people milling around your table, the service is mediocre at best. It annoys me to be asked if I want dessert just after taking my first bite or when they try to take my plate before I’m finished — don’t rush me! I thought when I’m here I’m family?! I guess this is family that doesn’t want me to be comfortable! This last visit the server brought the salad and breadsticks, then scraped something off my plate and gave it to me. I’m not kidding. Luckily, I work at a public library where I’m grossed out daily so I don’t freak out and wasn’t planning on using that little plate anyway, but still that was acceptable to this server. Thankfully, he had short hair so while it was resting on his shoulder on the way out his ponytail wasn’t swaying in the food as I noticed happened to another table. For being called OLIVE Garden, why only two olives(and two tomato slices) in the whole salad bowl?! Skimpy!

When we went here there was not a long wait BUT the breadsticks were hard, we waited 30 minutes for our meal, received the wrong order, with cold sauce and were told that the kitchen«would not» split our meal. Sooooo…I called the manager and was told that they would send me a gift card. *6 weeks pass* Soooo… I called the head manager and was told that a $ 100 gift card would be 2 day fedexed to my door step. *3 weeks pass* Sooo…I called and the head manager was not in and was told that this manager had no idea what I was talking about and was told that the head manager would call me back. *1 week passes* I call and talk to the head manager and he informs me that the $ 100 gift card has been sent. I received it today. I feel like such the scammer. After a completely miserable experience and almost 3 months and 5 phone calls I figure that I made $ 8 worth of Olive Garden food per hour. Now I can quit my job!
