Always a good experiance! The servers always try hard and do a great job. The managers are always walking around talking to people! The food is great!

I gave this five stars, not because I’ve never been to a better steakhouse(I have) but because, judged against other mid-price chains, this is outstanding. I must be the last person in America who had never, ever been to an Outback before. I generally avoid chains – and steak – so it never called to me. But we got a gift card for Christmas and, I’ve got to say, I was impressed. First, they got points for being EASY. No line(Monday, 6 pm), plenty of free parking, menu with lots of options. The wine was $ 5.75 for a BIG pour of the house wine. The Caesar salad was wonderful: very garlicky with plenty of croutons(because why else do you order Caesar salad?). The steak(a big ol’ ribeye) was very fine, as was my husbands fried shrimp and as was the baked potato. I admired the menu graphic of what different cooking temps yield in terms of color… something there’s plenty of debate about on Unilocal.Subbing different sides was no problemo for our competent, efficient, friendly server. So here’s the final assessment. BESTSTEAKEVER? No. BESTSERVICEEVER? No. BUT: excellent pricing, immediate service, damn good. OK? No… GREAT.

This location is hit-or-miss with when it comes to service because they are short-staffed sometimes. The food is usually good though and that’s what keeps me coming back. Definitely come on a weeknight to avoid crowds.

Went to try Outback for the first time because I’ve recently had to change to a gluten free diet. I found out online they have a great gluten free menu! I visited this location after the lunch rush to be sure not to bother anyone with my gluten free requirements. They weren’t very busy and were not very crowded for a Saturday. I ordered a new york strip with a salad and a sweet potato. My steak was cooked perfect, salad was exceptional, and my sweet potato was great! I was very pleased with their new grass fed offerings too. I would give this place a shot! I will be back!

We’ve been eating at this Outback location two/three times a month since we moved here. Something has changed here since Christmas and not for the best. It used to be a great restaurant but tonight’s meal was 2 ½ hours of hell. Last time we were here the food and service was sucked too, tonight was the 2nd chance. There’s always a wait at Outback especially on a Friday night and we expect that so we register ahead on line. Tonight we did that but they said the computer went down and we had to wait 30 minutes, no problem until it turned into 1:10 minute wait. Table was dirty when we were seated. The service was horrible once seated it took 10 min to get some drinks, never did get the bread she said she would be right back with. Then another 10 minutes wait till we could order then another 40 minutes until the food arrived at the table. But the chicken and the baked potato was not cooked sick barley cooked half raw chicken. While we were waiting for our food the people next to us got so mad that they got u and left. Their fish was raw and they sent it back to the kitchen then when they brought it back it was charred and hard like a brick. Not worth the wait avoid this place

Dining here now, hubby had the 6 oz filet w mushroom sauce, salad and broccoli. Said was very good and tender. It should be for $ 24. I ordered the Sesame salad w added grilled chicken. Because of allergy to sesame, I requested no sesame seeds and no sesame dressing, opting for ranch on the side. My salad is advertised as mixed greens w bell pepper and cilantro and slivered almonds. My salad was good, grilled chicken was fine, decent amount of chicken but I was appalled that when salad was served there were 2, TWO pieces about 2 inches long of red bell pepper, and 2 sprigs of cilantro. That’s it. The rest of the salad minus a few dark green pieces of green lettuce is bagged salad mix, little bits of carrots, bits of purple cabbage and iceberg lettuce. The majority of the salad is iceberg lettuce. I.e. not worth $ 13.00 We continue to try and find a good salad somewhere but that appears to be impossible in Cincinnati.

I had a great experience at this Outback. I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants when I want a steak but outback keeps me coming back with their house sirloins. We went on a Tuesday at 4pm and the restaurant was empty. Great service and calm atmosphere. Felt about 70 years old going to eat that early, but hey, don’t knock it til you try it. For less than $ 20, I got a 9oz steak(which was supposed to be medium well but was well instead… no big), a house salad, and garlic mashed potatoes. I recommend picking those two sides with your steak but they have a ton more. My boyfriend got their current special — $ 14.99 for soup, salad, entrée, and dessert and he enjoyed it. Definitely check this location out at a less busy time for the best experience possible!

I try to avoid chain restaurants, but we had a gift certificate, so we went. I put our names on the waitlist via their website, which in the end was a complete joke. We rushed to get there for our«time», we were sent to the bar anyway, and ended up being skipped over, waiting longer than the people who didn’t check in online. No apology. The food is a good value, there’s always some promo that is being offered. It is what it is, the other diners are mostly families in various states of «dress», lots of casual attire, anything goes. Also, the waiter must have called the male at our table«Boss» about 10 times, that got old really fast and why is he the boss, what if I was calling the shots or paying? It’s a minor thing, but pretty annoying.

Well, they sort of take reservations, or a spot in line, or something. We arrived at our appointed time, 6:45, and were told«we are on a 30 minute wait, but your wait will only be 15 minutes». Huh? Ok, well we went to the bar for a while. We finished our drinks and the bartender asked if we wanted another. It had been 30 minutes at this point so we said we were waiting on a table and she said she’d check on it. She came back with a weird look and said we’d be seated right away. Our pager never went off, but it was pretty obvious that we had been skipped since people that came in after us had been seated. No apology, no explanation. That’s what costs the star. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but when it’s wrong, own up to it and make sure that I’m not ticked off. The food here is really a very good value. If you can handle sub professional service(my name is not«boss») other diners in undershirts and sweatpants, it’s really not a bad place for a casual steak at a good price.

Last visit to the Outback was almost 8 hard and dry summer’s ago. This is as chain as you get and they have all the bases covered from menu, to uniform to decorations to service. Simply, decent food at a decent price with decent service and decent ambiance.

Don’t expect curbside to be correct! Double check your order, and if it’s wrong don’t expect quick service or a friendly attitude to make it right. Inside is a different story, good service. Outside… buyer beware. If you want curbside carry out, I’d recommend a different establishment. And when they get it wrong, food quality goes down dramatically. Good luck!

This location is seriously awesome. My fiancé & I go every once & awhile even though we don’t live very close. The staff there are so friendly & attentive. I feel like the layout of this location works so well — the food always comes quickly, fast & hot. I am an absolute sucker for the Bloomin Onions. I like the regular seasoned steak as well as the tilapia with crab meat. One evening, I was so impressed with our server that we asked for the manager — just to compliment the service & food… He gave us a free Bloomin Onion coupon! It was a really nice gesture & we certainly didn’t expect that — just wanted to pass along how great our waiter was. Overall — I love Outback, but this is my favorite location I’ve been to!

Outback is just fun. I’m so glad they finally take reservations! But, their curbside pickup is the best idea! Online ordering is a breeze. They have really good customer service. They really do want you to be happy. That’s a big deal!

Surprisingly well seasoned and prepared steak for a good price. I don’t eat out here very often but for a chain restaurant they do it a pretty good job. I had the ribeye which is one of my favorite cuts with a side of broccoli and sweet potato. I’d highly recommend the baked sweet potato !

As far as standard chain steak houses go this one is pretty good. Outback is my favorite of the group and a solid 3 star joint. I gave it a 4 star because this location has very good service, they have always been very tentative with a positive attitude. The food is always what I expect, consistent. I would rather go to a place that is always average than one that is excellent one day and awful the next. My favorite menu item is the wedge salad, pretty simple, yet very good. With all the great independent places in the city this chain is never my first choice but I can say I have never regretted a vist.

Service was pretty solid, that being said, it took about 5 – 10 minutes to have our waitress come to our table(which was the same table we sat at for Valentine’s Day last year, little nostalgia). When she came to our table she was very chipper and nice, which is always a plus. She took our drink orders and that’s where it got slow again, almost another 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Once our drinks arrived, they were perfect. My fiancée had a sweet tea and I had a nice big bloke of Samuel Adams, very delicious. The waiting game kicked in again after we placed our food order, which seemed like 20 minutes, if not a tad bit longer. But nevertheless, our food, including the complimentary bread and our cheese fries arrived and then shortly there after, our steaks arrived. The food was delicious with one notable exception, the asparagus was either over-cooked on some pieces, cooked just right on others or some just not cooked at all, which was very disheartening, as with our previous visits, the asparagus was cooked to perfection and didn’t last very long on our plates. In closing, the wait time and the asparagus were the only downsides to this visit. And for that reason I gave a 4⁄5 stars. Had one of those two issues not excited, there would be a solid 5⁄5 on this review. Despite me giving this 4/5, we will most certainly return again.

It was an all around excellent experience tonight. Saturday night walked in and got seated(at a booth in the bar area) right away.(It was late, so while the parking lot was full, the diners were eating or leaving.) While Outback would not have been my first choice(or probably any choice I made) it was very good. I ordered grilled salmon with a house salad and the grilled veggies(which is what the salmon comes with). The BF ordered prime rib, steamed lobster tail, baked potato and Caesar salad. My salad was okay(I really love their croutons), but the veggies and salmon were really good. So often when you go out the veggies are never cooked enough or have all the flavor cooked out of them. These veggies were cooked perfectly and had great flavor. I ordered the salmon cooked well, because I hate it when it comes out raw in the middle. The salmon came out cooked perfectly, yet still moist. It was very good. The BF said his Caesar was«meh,» but said the lobster tail was the best he’d ever had and the prime rib was perfect(and rare, the way he likes it). The service was also great and our server was very friendly and efficient. We will definitely take another trip to The Outback.

More star power in tonight’s experience. Food was PERFECT and a new server here named Adam gave us as good a service experience as I’ve ever had at a casual theme place. GREAT hire in the floor and the kitchen nailed it tonight! Kudos to management!

The special with unlimited shrimp is a great add to your entrée. However, the lobster rail was perfect! Outback had made menu changes and it seems to get better each time! They have quite a few new menu items and drink specials starting at $ 4(that’s not the happy hour price). It was definitely worth a try! I tried new appetizer short rib nachos and they were ok could gave used more short rib. However, endless buffalo shrimp, lobster and Alice spring chicken and the house Cabernet would keep my satisfaction. My server was attentive and not overbearing. I would say the overall experience was great. I trust outback to deliver consistently and they continue to solidify my trust!

People can say what they want about Outback but PLEASE tell me another place I can pay $ 12 for a perfectly cooked steak. Their bleu cheese pecan chopped salad is always on point and their mashed potatoes are better than some eggs Tyrone(off the chain). I recommend ordering a side of remoulade with your medium rare steak… its amazing. I know its a chain. I know I should hate it. I still love my mom and pops establishments but… DAMN I LOVEMESOMEOUTBACK!
