This is a quiet little bar, tucked away behind the lobby in the Cincinnati Westin Hotel. As the name implies, it’s literally situated «Over Vine» street, even jutting several feet out over the sidewalk below. Due to the atrium-​style windows, the views of the PNC and Carew Towers are incredible. Unfortunately the food and drink offerings are spartan, but that’s not why I come here… if you want a few quiet moments away from the bustle, I highly recommend it.

stumbled upon this place on my way to mckormick and schmick’s banquet room.
nice bar.
but.. .. .understaffed (although the one bartender was busting her butt) and too expensive.
but.. .. .a nice bar nonetheless.
