Customer service has taken a severe nose dive. I spend a lot of money with that particular store and I’m use to a certain standard of customer service just because that’s what I’ve received in the past. This time the reps seemed more interested in what they had going on which was nothing. The one young lady yelled across the store to another rep that she flashed a phony smile(not a good thing); all the same cause I just had a simple request to clean my bracelets. When I came back to pick up my bracelets the representatives were doing the same as when I left them… much of nothing. I spoke to the girl that took my bracelets and she kind of ignored me so I walked back to the register and gave the young lady back there my name for my pick up. She brought out my three bracelets that wasn’t organized in any fashion to how it was given to them… they usually have it the exact same way that I gave it to them. I commented that my clips weren’t placed back where they should be and she stated that maybe they didn’t have enough time(they had my bracelets for over two hours). I’m not a happy camper with today’s service and lack of caring about my concerns

I recently went to Pandora to make a purchase. I was looking for a new bracelet and walked into the store. Customer service lacks a little. All of the sales attendants were busy but no acknowledgement that any of the bystanders would be serviced next. By the time a sales attendant was free, everyone needing help just looked at each other, trying to figure out who was next. Awkward. I finally got to my turn, and the woman I had was very helpful. Explained the whole concept of pandora. Since I was starting a bracelet, I was told I needed to purchase clips. So I browsed and found 2 that I liked. She kind of pushed me to buy more but I told her no and asked her how much it was. Maybe I was naïve and didn’t ask for the price, but she rang up a clip, and 1 clip was $ 95! I was a little shocked but went on with the purchase since if you buy 2 charms, your bracelet is $ 10. I walked out without a box/bag and my receipt in my hand. A couple days later, I got buyer’s remorse. I went back to return. I had to bring the clips in without a pandora box, which already seems sketchy, but as soon as I got home, I took off the bracelet. The exchange went okay. They looked at me crazy when I asked for my own box back and I told them I didn’t get a box. I’m a little iffy on that store now. I know they’re selling quality items, but I don’t want to feel like I’m a nuisance for doing a return. If anything, I’ll order online or go to a different seller. Remember to ask for a box even if they don’t give you one!

Great Staff — Great Product I recently purchased a Pandora bracelet for my wife from the Pandora store in the Kenwood Towne Center. I chose to go to them because I was tired of being harassed at the big mall jewelry stores. The staff at the Pandora store was not pushy… They were very helpful and very friendly. I will definitely be going back, and I’d recommend them to anyone!
