Payless aint «Pay Less» anymore! This place is like most other shoe stores with a range in value from cheap to not so cheap. I used to be embarressed to shop here as a kid and would get made fun of in school when going to school in a pair of XJ900’s. This was a signature payless brand back in the day. I’m guessing some of those kids who had similar experiences spoke to the powers that be because the XJ900 was non existent… or at least I didn’t see it. It proabably would have been traumatizing lol. I only go here to look for cheap dress shoes and they always look a little too cheap for me. I wold not recomend it if you have a budget to get something nicer and of higher quality.
