Worst company ever. whatever you do don’t use this company they don’t respond to tenants or owners. Their voice mail is always full. Mail, email and text messages go unreturned as well. They have the worst customer service. Signed up with them and they failed to send tenants rent to the owner as promised and when they did send it it was 10 days late. Also contacted the main office as this is a franchise and they also don’t return phone calls or emails. Do yourself a favor and call anyone but these people. The business practices of PMI Cincinnati are unacceptable and truly the worst I have ever encountered and leave us no doubt that they will not be in business for long given the attention you pay to their clients and tenants.
They are 100% non responsive to tenants and owners, they illegally took money out of our account with them and refused to give it back.
They also have been holding over $ 4K of our money hostage forcing us to take legal action to recover our funds.
This is the worst example of bad Franchise management I have ever encountered!
Furthermore after complaining to the President of the Franchise; who has not responded in two weeks as of this review; we still have no response from them at all.
Anyone that does business with this company is simply putting their money and property at risk with no real services to be provided at all.
