Appointments may be made easily online or over the phone. Quest Diagnostic also takes walk ins.
At the time of our appointment there were two phlebotomist working. Both were helping other other people. I could hear them laughing with what turned out to be two elderly people. When it was our turn, they were equally jovial with us, as well as our young daughter.
My veins are hard to draw blood from. Valerie was the phlebotomist helping me. She took great care in finding a good vein, and was able to collect on the first try.
The waiting room is a standard room composed of chairs, magazines, and a water cooler.
