My garage is to be picked up on Tuesdays. It’s now Friday and still sitting here. I have called every day. Was told it would be picked up Thursday. NOT. I feel they give u nothing but the run around.

We have had problem after problem with Rumpke. They are extremely unreliable.
Pay for pick up every two weeks and actually get a pick up about once every two months to the point the trash is overflowing! When you call with an issue they give you false promises to resolve it and never come though! Company has zero communication! Constantly put you on hold or tell you someone will call you back and they never do! No one ever knows what is going on there.
Would not recommend to anyone! Worst service ever !
This company is nothing but constant headaches!

On many occasions, they have failed to pick up our recycling. I got their bill today and see that although gas is at a 7 year low, they are charging a $ 7.46 fuel surcharge. Such BS. Just call it what it is, a rate increase.

The highest point in Cincinnati is a giant pile of garbage — literally.
Occupying over 230 acres of land and standing at 1,075 feet tall, the waste of Southwest Ohio has culminated into a massive landmark that can be viewed from the passing highway. Mount Rumpke is the largest landfill in Ohio and the sixth largest in the United States. It receives over 2 million tons of waste each year and is expected to reach capacity in 2022.
Free 45-minute tours are offered of Mount Rumpke every Wednesday. Guests board a bus which travels around the landfill while a trained guide shows guests exactly what happens after garbage leaves their homes.
If anyone ever wondered how Cincinnati earned the moniker «Nasty Nati,» I think we now know the answer.
