They are the slumlords of storage rentals. I went to the Simply Self Storage off Madison Rd. Brenda was an absolute terror. She was extremely unhelpful. The prices are sky high compared to other places in close proximity and they are not temperature controlled. I am extremely regretful for using them for our storage needs.
