Great place to live! Washer and Dryer are in all apartments and water is paid for in the rent. The units facing the alley are very quite with almost no noise except the occasional siren. The units are all updated and have modern lighting fixtures. Duke energy also has a program were you can type in your address and if your location qualifies they will send you 10 free fluorescent bulbs which is nice. Also included in rent is use of the gym, business center (with free internet, printing and fax), and community room located in the basement. Each unit also comes with a storage area also located in the basement. Heating and cooling is very cheap since some of the apartments are right above Walgreen’s which is also convenient if you forgot a grocery item. Rent is very reasonable especially when you include all the extras (such as washer and dryer) which many other locations do not include or have a community set in the hall. All service requests are carried out quickly and the entire place is cleaned every week.
