I am so disappointed in sprint. I used to love and brag about the great customer service and cheap plans. I recently added my husband to my plan and that took my bill to over 200 dollars for horrible service, dropped calls, slow internet, and rude customer service. It’s gotten to the point where I can’t even get texts to go through most of the time even under wifi. I called the customer service to see if I had any options to lower my bill they told me about the framily plan. They told me that I would no longer be under a contract and it would lower my bill around 100 dollars. I then went to a sprint store to talk to someone in person. I worked with the manager of the store. When I told him that the customer service told me that it would cancel my contract he gave me a nasty look and told me they didn’t know what they were taking about. He told me that the framily plan would cost me 175 before taxes I told him the customer service told me it would be 150 after taxes. He then began to type numbers in his calculator and said he didn’t know how they got that amount. I asked him how much it would be to cancel sprint completely. He told me it’d be 250 a line. After I explained how I could pay less on verizon and get better service he then told me my framily plan would be 150. I am so furious with sprint. It is almost worth it to cancel and deal with my 1000 bill. I will never deal with sprint again. Anyone that is smart will deal with another phone company and save a headache and pointless arguments with the rude employees of sprint.
