Sunday’s are expected to busy at malls. I came to this location on my out after all shopping for a white mocha. It was pretty busy. After I paid a family of about 6 ordered after me. My drink was simple. I would understand if they only wanted coffee. I saw the employees making frappuccinos, cappuccinos etc. I patiently waited for my drink to be called. After seeing that all the people that ordered after me got their drinks, I went to ask for my money. I wasn’t given a receipt when I first ordered, and the same person I ordered was asking what is was that I ordered! All I got was I’m sorry and luckily got my money back. Very very poor customer service. Be aware of long wait times and don’t expect the first come, first served crap.

This location might be one of the worst I’ve ever been to.
Not sure if this is due to their location inside the mall but it’s always super messy the few times I stop here or walk by. Boxes upon boxes are always stacked up right by where you wait to pick up you drink. There is also almost ALWAYS garbage stacked up here too. I’ve noticed their garbage bin is always out so I’m guessing they cant find a good place to put it.
The staff always seems scattered and they struggle to keep up with orders. You’re better off going across the way to Cinnabon for a good coffee.

Best customer service of any Starbucks I have ever been to! The employees are very helpful and friendly. The coffee drinks are always delicious. If you are in the Tri County Mall area and need a pick me up this is the place to go! I recommend the vanilla bean frozen frappuccino… It’s awesome.
