Location is great. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Customer service is super here. Take a number is important as they get busy in a moments notice. I have been here several times because the service is so good. The meat is local and that’s good. Fresher than any box store of course. Try a sample cheese pack the cost is low and the different flavors is good snack

This is the real deal. Butchers that know where your cut of meat comes from, and can answer your questions about cooking or grilling. I’m a regular for the home made chili w/​beans, and the the Ravioli they carry is Russo’s brand ravioli. The cheese is the best. Its an easy weekday dinner to make for the kids.
Love this place, also try the goetta.

Metts & goetta (if that’s your thing)! A wonderful old-​school butcher in Colerain with local meat and specialty items from lamb to seafood to deli. I have asked them for various items (lamb backs, for example) and they always come through. Prices are reasonable. While not «organic», most items are local which is a big plus. The spicy metts are awesome!

Friendly, knowledgable service. I love that everything is local. I have been coming here for years. I just wish they would sell there products in grocery stores, so I could cut down my drive time.

I love Stehlin’s. Freshly butchered on a weekly basis, they really take pride in their products. I think their pricing is incredibly reasonable considering they’re locally owned and butchering on site. You’re not getting some gosh knows how old meat from who knows where.
Highly recommend the ham salad. I’ve gotten my entire family addicted to it — it’s literally the best ham salad I’ve ever had.
I also love their customer service and product selection. Since they butcher weekly on-​site you can get all of those cuts you can’t find anywhere else. Need a 6 lb skin-​on pork belly? They’ll put it aside for you. Looking for a boneless, fresh ham? They’ll put it aside for you, then cut it to your specs and you’ll know that the meat is fresh since it was butchered earlier that week.
Support local businesses guys — this is a great family owned business. I grew up in Colerain, and now like in KY, but I still make the trek to pick up my special orders (or that ham salad).

Amazing service, incredible quality meats. The perfect place to buy meat. Always a treat to be able to shop there when in Colerain.
