Stetson Square

I’m strongly dissatisfied with the living conditions here at Stetson Square. In the past 3 years things have only gone down hill. Fire alarms going off in the middle of the night and throughout the day, children constantly running up and down the hallways, the main elevator not working on a monthly basis, and other tenants failing to respect or comply with the security guard. I don’t even feel safe in my own building at times due to some male tenants not respecting my personal boundaries in the elevator, hallways, and at one point on my way to class. Before signing our lease my parents (who pay our rent) made it a top priority that we were safe and were comfortable as they were in a different state and wanted the best for us. At the time Stetson Square seemed like the best place for them to feel like we were in wonderful living conditions and in a great location. After living here since then, I can assure you it has been more of an inconvenience and the services we were promised have not been up to par. Due to lack of responding from management even my health has been at risk. I can not stress enough how much Stetson Square has changed. For what my parents pay, I would have never expected the service to be this disappointing. I do not plan on renewing my lease or recommending Stetson to any of my friends or classmates.
