I placed an order through the app this evening and the app took everything, payment and order which was helpful. It also told me the order would be ready in 15minutes. Personally, I had no idea I could order subway for pick-up through the app, and it seems the subway personnel on shift did not know it was a possibility either. I went in and stated that I had an online order and both workers weren’t all too sure where the online order would show up in the event that there was one. After just a couple of moments, they found the order, printed out the ticket and begun to make it. Overall, as usual, my order was made great. Fresh and exactly how I had hoped. I have been going to this location for a while and the only issue that I found with it is just this one time with the app. Honestly, that’s understandable because technology is advancing slowly and most people don’t even know subway has the ability to be ordered online and picked up. Most people just call for a pick up. So with that in mind, I still give this location five stars :)
