Be careful if you’re thinking of having any services at this location. They don’t greet clients, apologize for running late and at the end charge what they like. I paid more for a service I’d had previously simply because the student was more experienced. In my book if you don’t have a license you can’t ask for more money just because you’ve done a few weeks more. I thought going to these schools was supposed to help the students gain experience not teach them to be greedy! Bad attitude from the instructor when I complained.

I have been going here for a couple years. These are students doing their on the job training, I have always been happy with my pedicures and facials. Haircut varies, but always either very good or ok, never a WTH??? The student’s instructor is always around and checks the student’s work and ask for your feedback. Their prices are great and as long as you are not looking for expert service and willing to pay for that expertise, I recommend them. Getting a massage soon.

This is a school and you have to keep that in mind. I got a perm and a cut. Salon Pro focuses on color and showcases all Redkin products as this is their sponsor. I will be going for coloring in a couple of weeks so at that time I will give another review. It too 2 students to wrap me. Both of them told me this was their first perm on a live person. The did a good job with the wrap although made it more difficult that need be but it was their first time. They knew absolutely NOTHING about the Redkin perms or the perming process which I thought was odd since these are all Redkin products. But schools just are not teaching perms any longer it’s all color. They get one class and practice wrapping on manikins. I find this bad form because their customer base will be over 35 when they get out. The perm I was given will be out in 2 months — it wasn’t strong enough and I attribute this more to product than technique. I also receive a cut — again — took the student quite a long time and she was very hesitant. Everything was checked by an instructor. All told — the perm and cut only cost $ 60 and that’s with tip which is why you go do schools. The bad is I was there for 4.5 hours which is a HUGELY long time. I am usually out in 3.

I been going here for a while to get my pedicures. Just like any place if you really like how a person provide services to you. Remember their names. I know I do. Overall I wont go anywhere else. The setting is relaxing and its not expensive.
