Swept Away

Pros: They were able to fit me in their schedule very last minute, great communication, and got a lot done in the time frame I gave. Very polite and professional on phone/​email and the house smelled great when I got home.
Cons: Did not feel the job was thorough at all. I asked for the whole first floor to be cleaned yet the dining table was covered in dust (not even touched), specifically asked the blinds be dusted but one side was completely covered in dust still, bathrooms were not spotless – hair and water marks still present, and there were numerous sticky spots on the wood floor that were visible and gooey.
They never called/​emailed to ask how my experience was or ask if I would be interested in setting up a repeat appointment which I also found odd. I really wanted to love it but it doesn’t make sense to pay someone if there is no attention to detail.

I have used Swept Away twice when life got a little too busy to get all of my chores done. Both times, they have arrived on time and finished well within my budget. If they finish ahead of the projected time, they give you the option of adding more chores to their list or paying for the lesser amount of time. All of the employees have been friendly and hard-​working. This is a great company!
