This office is incredible. Our family switched from our old office a couple of years ago and have been very pleased with our decision. Starting with the front office staff, you could not ask for more organized or genuinely nice people. They have gone out of their way to help accommodate appointments for us when we needed them. Then the hygienist are very thorough and clearly very knowledgeable about what they do. Until we switched to this office I did not realize how much our previous hygienists were missing.
Then there is Dr. Poole. He is extremely friendly, very intelligent, and excellent at preventive care as well as treating problems. We had a couple of times were there was an emergency visit needed, and even though he was out of town, he made sure that we were okay and even offered his suggestions for another dentist that could fill in during his absence if we had to do something. Then for the other emergency visit even though he was completely booked, he made sure to have time to address the issue for us. We have been so happy with this office and have never received better dental care. We would highly recommend this office!
