The Garage OTR

Even though our tour was cut short due the heavy rain, my family had an amazing time. All of the staff were knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We learned a lot about the city that we never knew before. I would definitely go back and take another tour!

Our tour guide Chris was great; he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We did the Riverfront tour which had excellent views and lots of room to ride the segways. This was our first time riding a segway and it was easier than expected; partly due to Chris and the shop doing a good job with training before we went on the tour. All in all it was great fun!

My review doesn’t pertain to segways, as I have a great distainment for them. My review is pertaining to this shop in particular.
I had been out cycling one evening and it got rather late. I got a flat tire up around Vine st. north between OTR and campus. The fact that these guys/​girls installed an air pump in front of their shop for FREE absolutely saved my A**!
Hats off to you. I can’t thank you enough, you saved me a decent walk back to Northern KY!

Booked this tour as a birthday present for my mother. There were 7 of us and we had a GREAT time! Everyone was a bit nervous at first, but the staff were great and really took the time to ensure we knew what we were doing before we left. This tour is well worth the money and we will definitely be booking other tours that Garage OTR offers.
Can’t wait to ride again!

Our tour guide Chris was extremely helpful getting me booked for tour even though I showed up 10 minutes before it started. He was a knowledgeable and safety minded guide and took advantage of having a smaller group by adding a couple extra sights. Extremely happy with the tour and I am looking forward to taking another one next time I visit the Queen City!

Our office went for Employee Appreciation Day and had a great time! We were all nervous that it would be hard to operate but were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very accommodating to our group and was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend!

Just finished an evening tour of Eden Park. Ricky was our guide. The segways had lights.
Loved the tour in the dark with the leaves and the deer in the park. Ricky was a great tour guide. Looking forward to the Holiday tour in December!

Another fabulous Cincinnati Segway tour! I’m a Cincinnati local and I always learn new & different facts about our great city while cruising along. Guides are beyond fabulous! Highly recommend!

Was in town for an unofficial 15 year University of Cincinnati reunion. Six of us decided it might be fun, if not a little silly, to take this segway tour we had read about in Cincinnati magazine. It started with a giggle and some sarcastic eye rolls, but almost immediately we fell in love with these amazing machines, and the unique perspective they provided of the city. We all had lived in Cincy for 5 years in the mid 90’s, and I have to say Chris and Shawn (our tour guides) showed us a history I hadnt know, and a future of the city that truly excited me! It was honestly the highlight of our trip. I can’t recommend it enough.

It is our daughter’s 15^th birthday so we decided to do the tour for something different. We did the Eden Park tour. It was so much fun!!! She loved riding the Segway & was interested in everything the guides were saying. I feel like we tricked her into learning on her birthday! I would highly recommend doing a tour. We’re going to do another one soon!

It took (3) tries to finally take part in the Riverfront Tour due to the weather, which was frustrating. Otherwise, I have no real complaints! Our Tour Guides were super friendly and very helpful. The views along our trail were awesome and riding the segways were just sooo much fun. I went with (12) folks from my group (Do-​It-​All-​Crew) and EVERYONE had a lovely time. I enjoyed the Riverfront just as much as I enjoyed Eden Park last year — both tours are great!

What a fun experience. My group and I took the Riverfront tour. It literally took less than a minute to get the hang of riding one. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and the 90 minute tour flew by. Highly recommend for Cincinnati natives and visitors.

John are tour guide was very nice and informative. He made the Segway ride very comfortable and fun. The riverfront tour was beautiful.

SO MUCH FUN! My boyfriend and I went on a Riverfront Segway tour and it was a great experience! First they did a quick one on one training session with each person so that we were comfortable with the Segway. Then we all left with 3 tour guides to ride around the city! We made multiple stops around the city where they told us about the history of Cincinnati. Even if you’re from Cincinnati, it’s definitely something you should try! If the weather is bad, they reschedule.

As a multi unit segway owner I love The Garage OTR and Segway of Cincinnati. I’ve yet to take any tours but I reached out to them for help with an event I was needing some assistance with and they were very helpful and accommodating which I really wasn’t expecting as much help as they provided me. They went above and beyond and really showed me their showroom, their work room and had me meet their staff, and when I returned the next day for a follow up their owner was so personable and friendly, she was a great breath of fresh air. This is definitely a place I would recommend people going and taking business to. They’re small business owners who made their dream happen and I can see how they’re successful through being friendly and providing great service.

I took the Eden Park tour with my dad. We had both been on segways before but it is not too difficult to learn. I will say that this ride was more technical or challenging than others I’ve been on but don’t let that deter you. It’s totally doable.
The tour was a fun ride and informative. Jake was our guide. I’ve lived in Cincy my whole life and didn’t know most of the info he told us. Also Jake was always calm, cool, and collected no matter what was thrown at him (a young girl wiped out but she is fine). His quiet confidence helped the riders build their own.
Segway’s are just fun. That’s all you need to know.

After being given Living Social coupons for Segway tours for Christmas, my boyfriend and I decided we might as well use them (although I was pretty nervous to ride a Segway). We booked for a Friday afternoon on the Riverfront tour.
Upon arriving we were given a helmet and a safety vest. Three instructors went over safety and helped each person individually get acquainted to their Segway. This was so beneficial. All the instructors were extremely nice and calming — especially after I mentioned that I was nervous. Bill went over the mechanics with me and told me to trust the machine.
Our large group of 14 was divided into two groups. I was a part of the seven that was lead by Bill. It was a great experience — he was extremely knowledgable and just seemed to enjoy his job. I never felt rushed on the tour (as I thought that I would). Even after living in the Cincinnati area for most of my life, Bill introduced us to a lot of new history that we weren’t familiar with.
My boyfriend and I are already planning when we can go on the Eden Park tour. I cannot recommend this experience enough — you have to try it!
