This place is the epitome of what a barbershop should be. All the barbers are super cool and funny as hell and there is always a healthy discussion going on from pole dancing to politics. I see Face biweekly for my cut but have had some of the others hook me up as well. They often do live DJ sets and people come in with all sorts of things for sale. It’s like the swap meet but better! It’s a great place to experience a inch of positive brothers doing great things for the neighborhood. They give free back to school cuts annually and have a book bag drive with supplies for kids going back to school. FOX news did a piece recently about the impact they have on the community. They are located in the college hill strip mall next to the nursery. I’ve been going here since 2006 and I can’t imaging going to another shop. Their clientele is mostly African American but I often see Caucasians in for cuts as well as women to get cuts and eyebrows.
