Amazing!!! Yes, you do wait a lot but that goes with any doctors office. All the employees were so friendly and helpful. I had terrible eye sight. I had worn glasses and contacts since I was 9. I couldn’t even see the big «E» when I Was getting my eyes checked. I was so nervous about the surgery but they calmed me down and assured me I would be fine. I didn’t really get to meet the doctor for more than 5 minutes which is why I took a star away, you are with the nurses most of the time before, during, and after surgery. I now have ²⁰⁄₁₀ vision which is like supersonic eye sight! I never thought in a million years I would have a life with no glasses or contacts but I see great now and had no problems. I recommend to everyone!!!

I just went in for my second year annual check up and could not be more pleased with my results over the past 2 years! I had an outstanding experience before, during and after the easy correction made to my eyes. I use no glasses anymore for distance or for reading! My eyes are much healthier now as well! I cannot say enough about the staff and the doctors at the Lasik Vision Institute.

Their advertised pricing is a lie. Ever been to a timeshare sales pitch? That is how they run this place. I was there for about 2 and a half hours, only 30 minutes of it were real medical exams. Here is how it went.
They start out by having you watch an infomercial with only about 2 minutes of information. The rest is like those hair replacement commercials where they talk about how much better their life is after the surgery.
Then you go in to see the sales woman. She talks all about how much better your life will be and their guarantee but doesn’t give any specifics. Then you go in one room and they do some eye tests by an assistant. Then another room and some more eye tests by another assistant. Then a doctor comes in and does the last set of tests over. Then she sends you back into see the sales woman again. At this point your are blind because of the drops they use for the tests but she tells you all about the program and tries to set a date and get you to sign paperwork you can’t even see.
This all takes two a little more than two hours and they still haven’t told you the price. When you ask there is a lot more dancing and finally they tell you its normally $ 4500 but if you do it in the next few days they have a special sale and it will only $ 3500. I have 2 other friends that also went and even though we all have different prescriptions none of us qualified for the advertised price. Here is the kicker. SAY NO! Then she will call back a day or two later and tell you that they had a cancellation and she got special permission from corporate to lower the price again!

I waited forever, but I can see better than I have ever before in my life.
