Very cool little spot. Ive been three times so far. Its my new favorite Northside spot by far. I’ve been twice for dinner and once for brunch thus far. Very chill low key vibe which I love. Great spot to catch up with friends. Or play a round of Guess Who– one of my favorite board game offerings. Also have a cute patio for brunch when its warm out. I’ve had the bread with amazing blue cheese butter concoction– no clue exactly what is in it but I loved it and I don’t even do blue cheese. Also one of the salads which was a nice size and moderately priced. The rice krispie treat with brown butter is super delectable also.

The Littlefield was like an angel falling out of heaven after a less than stellar experience at another Northside restaurant. With limited knowledge of dinner options in Northside, three friends and I walked to The Littlefield hoping for the best and were completely floored by our experienced. Nestled off away from the main Northside streets, The Littlefield is the perfect place for those looking to experience a hip, intimate dinner/experience away from Downtown or OTR. Walking in, they have a large patio with a fire pit going in the middle. Inside, the seating area is a little cramped, but we were immediately sat at a table in the middle. It also looks like they have seat options upstairs. With a wide selection of beer, wine, cocktails, and bourbon, we all settled on a prosecco drink, accented with a hibiscus flower. Absolutely delicious! For food, my boyfriend and I ordered the Bourbon Moody Blue Butter with 16 Bricks sourdough bite for the table. What really stood out about this appetizer was the butter — blue cheese mixed with bourbon butter(and maybe brown sugar as well?) — It tasted like heaven. Warm and inviting, it melted in your mouth on top of the baked bread. I snacked this item on the rest of the night. Our two friends also ordered the pickled vegetables — just as excellent as the bread and butter! For dinner, we ordered the Shrimp Pobaby Sandwich and the Chicken Pot Pie. Each of these were perfect in the moment, but potentially a bit overpriced($ 10ish dollars each) for the size and generic nature of the items. For dessert, we ordered a gluten free Double Chocolate Brownie — which was essentially fudge topped with candied walnuts, and it was to die for. The chocolate was so rich and decadent, we could not finish the piece in the restaurant — so we brought it home and have been snacking on it ever since. Just delicious! Personally, I would love to visit The Littlefield again for drinks, the Bourbon Moody Blue Butter, and the Double Chocolate Brownie any day. Next time, I hope to try some of their more unique and custom dinner options, which are hopefully as good as their other custom courses!

Amazing space hidden away in the cozy, quirky neighborhood of Northside. I’ve only been for small bites and wine(discounted on Wednesday nights if you order by the bottle), but my visit was incredibly pleasant! We sat on the outdoor patio which included a large fire pit and many cozy little tables with greenery all around. Littlefield is tucked off of the Main Street, so you don’t feel all of the hustle and bustle… which I love. Our waitress was super helpful in explaining the menu and giving suggestions for her favorite things. We only stopped in for drinks, but the menu looked incredible so of course we ended up indulging a little bit. I ordered the chicken pot pie which was SUPERB — the pie crust was cooked perfectly and the ratio of chicken to gravy to vegetables was perfect. Because my little late night snack was so delicious, I figured I might as well order dessert… I am so glad that I did! The bourbon flourless chocolate cake. There are no words… just get it. I haven’t been back since, but have been meaning to get back there with a few of my bourbon loving friends for a bourbon flight or for Sunday Brunch. I look forward to updating my review with each visit!

We ended up here on accident, but had a great experience! Reasonably priced and many gluten-free options. I went for the BLP on gluten-free bread — thick + crispy bacon, a light but flavorful basil aioli, arugula, and pear! For dessert, I split the ginger apple cobbler, which was AMAZING. Excited to go back here and try something new(although there’s a decent chance I’ll get the same thing!).
