made an appointment here after a hand injury.
+1 for having new patients fill out medical history online before appointment
+1 for having new patients fill out other info before appointment as well
+1 for location
+1 for friendly staff
+1 for taking be back 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time
+1 for friendly rooming nurse
+1 for clean facility
+0 for thin walls in exam room area. patients in exam rooms can hear just about everything, even with exam room door closed.
–1 for x-​ray technician that was in a clear rush (but still friendly and courteous)
–1 for a long wait before the doctor came in. somewhere between 30 – 45 minutes.
