My IPhone wasn’t charging so I took it to them and spoke with Ricky, I was skeptical at first after being burned by tec places in the past. However, he was very friendly and helpful. Initially he thought it would be the charging port which he estimated at 69.99 but upon further investigation determined it was simply pocket lint and was able to clean it out for no charge. I would’ve had not problem forking over the money but he was very honest with me and didn’t charge anything. I would reccomend this place to everyone with phone troubles.

I called over to this store to ask about getting my digitizer replaced. I have dealt with this phone model before and have had the digi replaced on these in the past. I was calling to ask about the price. Rickey answered the phone and when I told him I needed a new digitizer he was very rude. I had just gotten off the phone with Sprint and was basically comparing prices. As I tried to explain what exactly was wrong with my phone he continued to interrupt me. I firmly stated my, issue, informed him that my phone was not cracked, and asked about a price. He hung up on me. So, hmmm… yeah, I’m not going to go there. Even if I am wrong you don’t have to hang up on me. I was not being rude at all, I just simply wanted a price.

Took my iphone in to get fixed. It was not charging. Ricky was super helpful and explained all of my options and the prices for each before letting me make my own decision. Did not push me in one direction even after I changed my mind. They had my phone ready in about an hour as they said they would, and now it is working great. ubreakifix is the best at smartphone repair. I also went to them in Chicago when I lived there and had the same great customer experience. I wouldn’t take my perpetually broken smartphone anywhere else.
