Very nice property! My daughter and I visited there because she is considering UC. The grounds looked very clean and nicely landscaped. There are some nice amenities at the clubhouse including a gym, a theater and a gaming room. Management & staff were very friendly and answered all the questions we had. I would recommend this place!

So happy that my daughter decided to leave here. It’s so close to the campus, which makes me feel more comfortable having her away from home. There are amazing amenities included with her rent including a gym & tanning center. She also gets a furnished, private bedroom with her very own bathroom. This was the cleanest & most updated apartment complex that we visited and we love it.

This place was clean, and felt very safe. I was thankful to have found this place when I moved from California out to Cincinnati. It feels like a newer apartment complex, and is very modern in appearance. For $ 760, I shared a 3 Bedroom apartment with two other girls. I had my own room and bathroom. Coming from California, I thought that was an amazing deal. After living in Cincinnati for two years, and actually hunting for apartments I could visit, I realized that it was extremely overpriced for the area. It’s full of mostly undergraduate students, and it tends to get loud on the weekends, and maybe a little trashy too. But they clean up fast. Amenities: — Gym, though it’s not open 24 hours, which is disappointing. Guess it’s too loud for the people living below it. It has some weight machines, a few treadmills, and free weights. — BBQ area in the middle of the complex. They have a grill(but it tended to be out of propane when I tried to use it) — Pizza days — yay for community events! — On site security officer — yeah, one of the guards was very good while I was there. The other one would just watch TV in the community room while she was on duty. For the hours we were there, she never once made a round. — Laundry INAPARTMENT — I never realized how much I love this. — Pool table/TV hangout area — Computer Lab and Printers — out of ink a lot, but glad they’re there for when they do work. — Mail receiving — LOVED this. They receive mail and call you when you get any. They had a lot of nice younger people working the front desk area. Disadvantages: — Bad cell service — Cheap furniture, gets dirty easily — dust seems to build at an alarming rate. The furniture breaks easily. While this apartment looks nice now, I can see the quality declining VERY quickly. — When you move out, they are VERY nitpicky about the cleanliness of the place. My boyfriend happened to live there too. I cleaned both our apartments. They were equal in cleanliness, yet I was charged extra. When I complained, they told me that it might be because we had different inspectors. They did not offer to be forgiving at all. I spoke to the lady in charge at the time and she was very rude(wouldn’t even come out of her office to speak to me. She had someone else deliver messages back and forth even though I could hear her from where I was standing). This is the main reason for the downgrade in stars — that and the price. You can probably find some place better for a much cheaper price. In conclusion, if you have some money to burn, this is a great place to live!
