Do not attempt to upgrade with Vivint. Paid for install and upgrade technician deactivated entire system. Now I have no alarm. Second tech sent a week later. Allegedly fixed system and departed only to have entire system fail again. Told by folks in Utah we’ll get back to later in month. Unordered equipment installed. Equipment installed in wrong location. Previous components not wired into system by second tech. This has become a nightmare. Three days of my life that I will never get back spent waiting or watching folks fail to install system correctly. More fun ahead. Buyer beware! I would rate a zero but system does not allow.
