I hired them to move my items into a truck I had already rented. The men were wonderful. Friendly. Worked hard. However, my furniture was damaged. 5 pieces were damaged badly. I called 4 times in the past 4 weeks and no one has returned my calls. I paid over $ 800 and have over $ 2000 in damaged furniture. I understand that things happen… but at least return my calls!

I’m so disappointed. We used them previously for an in town move but I guess I should have went somewhere else for an out of town move. They were 2 hours late to load the truck and now they are about 7 hours late to unload. All we have gotten is excuses and it’s really put a huge dent in our already tight schedule. I would never recommend them to any of my friends after today.

Great job guys — on time, hard working, fast, and careful. Very professional work. A little much for me($ 110/hr for 3 hours, plus transportation fee) but they couldn’t have done a better job.

We hired Wayne & Family Movers this past weekend to facilitate our in-town move. We were very impressed with our movers, Larry, Mike & Steve. They were friendly, professional, and most importantly, didn’t break our stuff! :-) They treated every box & piece of furniture with care, and not a single thing broke on the move. I was really impressed with how hard they worked. They moved us from a condo & storage unit into a 3 story historic home, and they were fast & helpful. 5 stars for our movers, for sure. I would hire those guys again anytime. We had a mishap with the actual company organization — the company ran about an hour late because of a scheduling mishap(and my husband sat at the storage unite for an hour, waiting), and the truck actually had some mechanical problems in the middle of the move, which set us a little behind. Wayne & Family knocked off some money from the bill, and that completely satisfied us.
