Love Wendy’s — it’s one of the only fast food I’ll eat. I only get the spicy chicken sandwich — not as spicy as ChickFilA but it has a piece of lettuce in it which is a step up. Love their fries as well, it actually tastes like potatoes! I’ve tried the new jalapeño burger, it is SPICY!!! Beware ;-)
Had only one bad experience here — decided to try the chicken wrap and it was awful! The chicken was rubbery and I could not finish it. Had to throw it out. Fortunately I complained and they made it up to me by offering me a free meal. Awesome customer service!

Compared to other Wendys, and like fast food in general, I found this place to be tops.
Service: The cashier was excellent. I wish I had made a point to remember his name. His attitude was above and beyond. I was amazed with his choice of words and smile. I don’t mean to go on and on, but how often does anyone experience that anymore.
Food: It was fresh and hot. In general, I rarely get food at any Wendys that is not fresh.
Dining area: Clean and neat. The dining area was divided into three main areas and each one, in a way, provided a different atmosphere.
In the end, it’s still just a fast food joint. But this is a good one.
