Wendy’s

Every time we go to this location they mess something up. This time it was a burger with everything that instead came with ketchup and no cheese. Then the always give sweet tea when Unsweetened is ordered

Wendy’s has a pulled pork BBQ sandwich right now at some locations. It comes with coleslaw on top and you pick what BBQ sauce you want. Sweet, spicy or smokey. I like the smokey one it taste just like the Mcrib BBQ sauce. To bad this is only a temporary sandwich I would not mind having it as a choice on the menu. They also have some honest teas available that is also new. This Wendy’s always seems to have different people over the years. Not many would win any personality contest. Not many smile and they all seem to be bothered. But most fast food places are like that anymore. This one is close to my job so I tend to frequent it a lot over the past 10 years. It sits right in front of krogers and Marshall’s. They revamped the store a bit and did some updates about a year or so ago. Giving 4 stars just because the sandwich is pretty good today but I would say overall more like a 3.

Guess I came at the right time because my spicy chicken sandwich was perfect.

I think last night was my last visit. After encountering a very rude young lady in the drive thru I am over this place. I couldn’t understand her very well and then when I pulled up I found out why, it was because she was eating, or chewing on something, not sure. She handed me my food and of course it was wrong, asked for no mayo, received mayo. I guess I just don’t understand why it is so hard to get food right, I am not asking for anything over the top, just a simple request of no mayo, shouldn’t that make your job easier, its one less thing that you have to put on the sandwich? It took so long to get my food that I turned my car off in the drive thru, yep I am that person, and there was no sense of urgency at all, just a la-​di-​da attitude. Ridiculous.

Eat here once a week. What do you say? It is a mediocre Wendy’s. Cheap. Reasonable service of a Wendy’s. … good place to watch norwood people pass by from.

Wendy’s was just remodeled. Love the new look.
Went to the drive thru and was a bit slow. When I got my food, the fries were hot, but hamburger tasted like it was sitting out for awhile (went late night). Maybe the best time not to go is late at night, employees seem to have an attitude.
I would go for lunch, but It’s rare that I eat fast food and by reading the other reviews is pretty poor. I probably will not return, sorry.

First Wendy’s ever. Staff was friendly but slow. Hamburger ok, lemonade nice. Glad to have a bite as we set out for a long trip. Not very impressed though so probably won’t be back unless we’re back on the road again.

Slow service, staff would rather not be bothered with your presence. Bathrooms always have a greasy feel. The dining area is perpetually run down, even after the remodel.
But so what, it’s fast food.
