White Castle

I’m originally from Baltimore, Maryland –there aren’t any White Castles around there. My girlfriend just started school in Cincinnati, Ohio and I’m visiting from New York (where I’ve lived for 7 years now) I’m staying across the street at the Ramada Inn which is the reason I even signed into Unilocal to write a review about the jokers who run that hotel but I saw White Castle and since my girlfriend and I went there last night and got TAKEOUT and had such a horrible experience I thought I’d start with this horrible establishment.
How hard is it to mess up a slider? My restaurant in upper west side, Manhattan serve them everyday. (78 Below)
Our burgers weren’t done, bread was missing, just horrible presentation. Oily mess.
That’s not even close to how their horrible staff treated us. They were rude, ridiculous, classless people who made my girlfriend and I feel uncomfortable the entire time. When we left the «restaurant» I held her close in fear that someone would probably try and stick us up at gun point.
This was my first time in Ohio. I will definitely stay clear of this place unless I have to come to visit my Girlfriend. I won’t tell that to her because I don’t want her feeling bad about where she is going to school. We’re both trying to stay optimistic.

If you need to get gas (pun intended) and maybe pick up some milk this location is near the gas station and Sunoco market. Convenient to Ramada Inn, Fuller Ford, and US Bank. The food is always hot and service is good. Offers a drive-​up window and takes debit/​credit cards. Open 24 hours.
