I’m always pleased with the results when I have a suit or garment cleaned here. I agree it’s a little more expensive than some competitors, but it’s worth it. I dry clean my most precious and valuable clothes and don’t want them to lose their integrity or quality. The staff is always friendly and flexible with pickup times. I find them to be very convenient. If you are a repeat customer, they will mail you coupons.

I have been a customer for 9 years and Widmers just ruined a wool jacket that had never been cleaned. They had charged me to clean the jacket and when I asked for my money back because they ruined my coat, the manager in Montgomery said «No». So, my advice is to find another cleaners because they don’t care about customers satisfaction, just your money.

Wow. I mean, WOW! $ 20 for a shirt and pair of pants? I didn’t think it was possible to pay $ 10 to get an article of clothing dry cleaned. I honestly don’t understand how this company is such a big name out here with the prices they charge. Unbelievable!

Widmer’s representatives tell you they use «special chemicals» to dry clean your clothes that no other cleaners has. It’s quite simply untrue. I have had to send several shirts back when their «special chemicals» failed to clean them. Finally went to a competitor that was able to remove the stain the first attempt.
On a recent trip, I dropped off a «tuxedo» shirt to be laundered. Upon pickup they had charged $ 23 for one shirt. My business partner had his laundered for $ 3 elsewhere. Suits cost over $ 20 for dry cleaning. The prices are outrageous and nowhere in this region have I seen prices even close to this high.
Save your money and go elsewhere for 25% of their prices (which aren’t listed by the way). Luckily my wife finally fell out of love with the marketing gimmicks of this place.

Holy crap this place is expensive and overpriced. Be sure to look at their price list before dropping your clothes off. Ouch…

I had them clean and preserve my wedding dress. It was expensive (as they all are!), but Widmer’s did a beautiful job. I almost wanted to wear my dress again.
