Tried this cleaner for the first time and they did a great job, but everyone is correct this is an extremely expensive dry cleaner.

They’re expensive but usually worth it. I once brought a denim jacket with the grossest set-in moldy stain due to an old piece of gum that somehow got in a pocket. They gave me all the disclaimers about not being able to guarantee removal, but when I went back to get it, it looked as good as new. Appreciate the convenient hours and location. It’s a tiny parking lot, but you can usually find a spot.

I have given this review 1 star because I got my clean clothes back clean and in a box with the exception of one garment — a $ 700 sport coat that was 42 days old. Worn three times in Ohio in November and December. When I put it on after a single cleaning, I noticed stains on the sides and under the arms. When I took it in they asked if I wore deodorant. Answer, yes. Did I sweat. Yes, otherwise I would probably overheat in summer and probably die. Most healthy humans sweat. Just not much in late fall and early winter in the Midwest. This happens she said. Umm, I lived in he south and in SoCal and wore lots of sport coats and suits and this has never happened. Huh. I asked if they could redo the garment. Yes, with no guarantees. What if it doesn’t work? «we aren’t going to buy it from you!» How about«I am sorry this happened, let me see what we can do». Overall, the person working the counter was extremely defensive, to the point of being offensive, and did not seem to care in any meaningful way. I just picked up my last(ever) garments from them. Stain on collar that they went ahead and pressed into a dress shirt. Really? Maybe look at it? Try to wash it out. Let me know hat you even noticed when I picked it up. Just poor customer service and zero attention to detail. Summary for those of you who grew bored of he above. Unbelievably slow. They literally try to push pickup back when asked. It’s 2014. Nothing you do takes 4 days. Look around. Very expensive — really $ 8 to launder a pair of khakis? 10 for wool pants ? Very poor customer service. I don’t mind paying premium for service. Ever. If you have a problem here it will likely not be resolved in a manner you might expect. We’re willing to give up any responsibility for a $ 700 sport coat that cost them 1200/year in business for at least 3 years. You do the math. It’s the only cleaner that has ever damaged any items I have left in their care. I spend 100 a month and have been dry cleaning for a decade. This place hasn’t changed décor/parking in 15 years and clearly the business model has not either. Hope this keeps you from going through what I did.

They did a really nice job with my clothes, but it’s expensive. It was almost $ 10 per garment(4 pants, 1 sweater, $ 52 total). Regardless of good the service is, that’s almost double what I am used to paying. I probably won’t go back. It’s just too expensive.

For the price, I expect a much higher level of customer service, but there is one particular clerk at the Clifton location who is quite rude. The cleaning itself is usually quite good, but they sometimes press creases and wrinkles into my clothing. For 4 dollars a shirt, I expect perfection.

They are friendly, on time(not necessarily fast) and will do a thorough and excellent job. They used to have a very good alterations service too. They are expensive. Sometimes very depending on what you are having cleaned. and they do take their time. Your clothes will be done when they tell you but don’t expect to pick them up same day or even next day.

This place is the single most expensive dry cleaners I have ever used. 18 garments cost $ 175!!! It also took 4 days!

I’m very impressed with this cleaner! I have never had anything dry cleaned before. I own a 1960s tux that I was having cleaned for my wedding. There were stains on it from 20 years ago that I really expected would never come out. When I picked it up every stain was gone and it seriously looked bran new! The price was a but high but well worth it! I’ve heard to many horror stories about bad dry clean experiences to risk sending my stuff to a place with lower prices and unknown quality.

They always do a good job of cleaning my shirts, and they’re done on time. Boxed, just how I specify. A little pricey though… definitely the most expensive dry cleaner I’ve used.
