Very nice, out-of-the-way and small-ish park. Has a nice swing set, picnic tables, paved walking trails around the park and a un-paved trail through the woods and down the hill that empties into Mount Hope Avenue down the hill a bit. It’s a great place to sit yourself on a bench and think about life, loves lost, loves gained and«funny how this all turned out.» And, if you happen to be around on Labor Day weekend, say, about 9 p.m. or so, perch yourself on the far southern end of the park and look east. You’ll have a pretty decent view of the Riverfest fireworks.
