I am glad to hear that Yesterdays is a still a great place in Mt Adams and its charm still persists. I was a customer and bar_back during my college years in 1994. Keep up the good work.

This place is awesome! Really friendly staff, everyone included in on the good time. Zero haters. I’d recommend this place to just about anyone I like.

Just a fun time. Inexpensive, cool staff, always a good time. Patio, pool, darts, free wifi. Biggest draft selection in Mt Adams and about 60 beer choices all in. Definitely worth stopping in!

Great go to dive bar with a wide variety of bar patrons. This bar is always open until close which is great that its dependable. There is free popcorn all the time or call any local pizza place and have it delivered.

Classic, reliable dive bar. Free popcorn, the bartenders are friendly and they have sufficient entertainment between virtual mini-golf, e-darts and a decent back patio for the warmer months. If you’re looking to party and be sophisticated then this isn’t your scene, but if you want a easy going place to have a cheap drink with friends then it’ll do it for you.

Never go here. The owner is a complete ass. He argued with me for a few minutes because he claimed I was arguing with him. All I had done was ask for a drink recommendation

Category: dive bar is exactly right. Yesterday’s has no frills, no pretension. What you see is what you get, and what you get is cheap beer and free popcorn, strange lighting, and a hopping crowd rolling in from some of the other Mt. Adams hot spots when they get too crowded with the collar-popping crowd. Yesterday’s, like Crowley’s, is an excellent alternative to the crazy overcrowded with undergrad Mt. Adams bars, or the overpriced & overdressed Mt. Adams bars. I find myself ending my evening here time and again, and I’m never disappointed.

Ok bar. Amazing prices: $ 2 for bottles and $ 3 for drafts between 5 and 9! Came here for a happy hour after work. The lay-out of the place is a little bit bizarre, essentially the only place to hang out with a big group is the bar, no long tables. No food, which was a pitty, we left after one drink because we were starving. Colleagues enjoyed the pool table. Good for a cheap drink, nothing special otherwise.

Brian Jason and Bill handle most of the work behind the bar and it is a great time! $ 2 you call its from 5 – 9PM every day of the week! Great place to have a drink with your friends and listen to some music or play some pool! I always ahve fun here and its pretty cheap to catch a buzz. No food, but they have takeout menus for every place in the neighborhood and you can just bring it in and eat there. Go to Yesterday’s for that good time you crave!

Yesterday’s will always hold a nostalgic place in my heart. Pre– and post-21, my group of friends often frequented this bar.(As of late, we find ourselves frequenting if only to patronize a business that is [metaphorically] like an old friend.) We can mostly attribute this to having had a handful of friends bartend here, but it’s also a breath of fresh air from the douchy, college/YP Mt. Adams scene. Unlike most other bars in the area, a jukebox provides the tunes, so it’s polar opposite of the sweaty-freak-dancing spectrum(see: Longworth’s). Compared to the other bars in Mt. Adams, the drinks at Yesterday’s are cheaper, stronger, and the crowd is more-oft-than-not a much less packed one. Additionally, you’ll find a private outdoor patio, a pool table, and free popcorn. Yesterday’s is perfect to stop in for great happy hour prices, or to stay for a low key dive bar(if there is such a thing in Mt. Adams) kind of night.

I’ve been to Yesterday’s when it’s been empty and when it’s been packed. The experiences are drastically different, so I recommend taking time into consideration before walking through the door. A few years ago I went to Yesterday’s on a week night to celebrate a friends birthday. The drinks were strong and cheap, the pool table was ours and the jukebox played awesome music all night long. I would give this experience a solid 4 stars. Last time, I visited on a Friday night. The crowd is thick and everyone is intoxicated to the point where moving an inch to let someone by just isn’t going to happen. The jukebox is full of requests from the early 2000’s that still make me cringe and it’s impossible to get to the bar. And that’s where my experience ends. Nothing special.

sausage fest! my group of ladies was the only group of ladies in the joint. we weren’t in the mood to be chum for the man-sharks, so we left after a quick beer. a little too fratastic for my taste, but a good place to grab a drink and catch up with a friend if it’s early enough in the evening.

I can’t ignore the irony that Mt Adams’ best restaurant(Daveed’s) sits next to Yesterday’s, its diviest bar. Cheap($ 1 beers during happy hour), local(very much populated by regulars more than Mt Adams invaders), and welcoming(the doors are often wide open during summer), it’s just a comfortable place to hang out for a few laid back drinks whenever. Also, free popcorn!
